  • Family or shared account information: names or nicknames of family members, relationship labels, tasks, reminders, events, goals, and lists you create or share in the App.
  • Uploaded content: photos, images, receipts, documents, notes, or other files you upload or submit through the App.
  • Payment information: limited billing details and transaction history (full payment card details are handled by third-party payment processors and are not stored on our servers).
  • Communication preferences: notification settings, including email, SMS/MMS, and in-App notifications.
  • Support communications: messages and attachments you send when you contact our support team.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information: device type, operating system, browser type, and screen size.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and crash or error logs.
  • IP address and general location: approximate, non-precise location inferred from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, session management, analytics, and remembering your preferences.

1.3 Information from Integrated Services (Optional)

If you connect external services (for example, calendars, cloud storage, or sign-in providers), we may receive information from those services with your permission to enable App features you request.

1.4 SMS/MMS Information

If you use SMS or MMS features, we collect and store:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Message content you send to the App
  • Attachments you send (for example, photos or images)
  • STOP/START opt-out or opt-in status
  • Delivery and processing logs (timestamps, carrier data, status)

When you send SMS or MMS messages to the App, we ingest, store, parse, and process the message content and attachments to create or update data inside the App (for example, tasks, reminders, events, notes, or other user-generated content).

We do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing purposes.

1.5 Email Information

We collect and store information related to your use of email with the App, including:

  • Your email address
  • Email delivery logs and unsubscribe status
  • Email notification preferences
  • Email messages you send to our system when using App features that allow data submission via email
  • Attachments you send (for example, photos, receipts, notes, or other content)

When you use email as a method to submit information to the App, we ingest, store, parse, and process the content of those emails and attachments to provide the corresponding App features.

We do not sell or share email addresses for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create, manage, and secure your account and profiles
  • Provide and improve the App’s core features and functionality
  • Deliver reminders, alerts, and notifications you configure, including via email, SMS/MMS, and in-App notifications

  • Process content you submit to the App, including data sent via email, SMS, MMS, or direct in-App input
  • Convert unstructured input (such as free-form text or photos) into structured items like tasks, events, or reminders
  • Process payments and manage subscription billing (via third-party payment processors)

  • Monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • Generate anonymized or aggregated analytics to improve the App and our services
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to securely handle payments and subscription billing. These processors may collect:

  • Name and contact information
  • Billing address
  • Payment card or bank details
  • Transaction amounts, dates, and related metadata

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment processors are required to comply with industry standards such as PCI-DSS and use your information only to process transactions or comply with legal obligations.

Information you submit via email, SMS, or MMS (including attachments) is stored securely and treated as user-generated data just like content you upload directly through the App.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information (such as full financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or medical records) via SMS, MMS, or email.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide and maintain your account and the App
  • Support the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
  • Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain information.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our App and services are intended for users age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove that information.

9. International Users

Our services are primarily intended for use in the United States and Canada. If you access our services from other regions, understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Any changes will be effective when posted unless otherwise required by law.

13. Use of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)

Our App uses AI and Large Language Models (“LLMs”) to enhance and automate certain features, including:

  • Processing data you send via email, SMS, MMS, or in-App input (for example, turning text into tasks, events, or reminders)
  • Extracting information from uploaded content (for example, receipts, notes, or photos) to create structured records in the App
  • Assisting with categorization, organization, or summarization of your data
  • Improving the usefulness and efficiency of App features that rely on natural-language input

13.1 How Your Data Interacts With AI

When you use AI-enabled features, the App may send relevant portions of your data to an AI or LLM provider for processing. Examples include:

  • Parsing a text message or email into a structured task or event
  • Extracting key details from a receipt or note
  • Interpreting your natural-language instructions to determine the appropriate App action

We share only the minimum necessary information required to deliver the specific feature you are using.

13.2 No AI/LLM Training on Your Data

Your data is not used to train or fine-tune any third-party foundation models.

We work with AI/LLM providers that contractually agree:

  • Not to use your data to train their public models
  • To process your data only for your specific requests
  • To apply appropriate security and confidentiality protections

13.3 Aggregated and Anonymized Insights

We may use anonymized or aggregated data (which does not identify you personally) to understand feature usage, improve the App, and make product decisions. This anonymized data is not used to train external third-party models.

13.4 Human Oversight

We do not perform routine human review of your content. Limited human access may occur:

  • When you contact us for support and share specific examples

  • To prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats

13.5 AI Limitations

AI systems can sometimes produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
